Based in Australia, Trevor has responsibilities for business development and delivery of consulting projects particularly bespoke and accredited training across Australia and South-East Asia.
Trevor believes in leveraging excellence from within the organization to deliver organic growth. He believes that valuing employees results in self-worth of the employees and significant pride in the organization which ultimately leads to bottom line value.
Trevor has over 40 years of experience from shop floor to Board level positions. He consults on corporate structuring including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and IPO listing to the Australian Securities Exchange. Trevor also designs and delivers bespoke and accredited Vocational training programs.
Trevor has worked with the Royal Australian Air Force and a division of Philips Electronics in South East Asia. He has, over the last 18 years, developed and delivered training programs for Toyota Motor Corporation (Australia), Australia Post, and Department of Defence to name a few. He currently serves as a Board Member for an Agribusiness company.
