Enterprise Dynamic
Focuses on defining and building shared clarity on the overall transformation vision, the entity’s growth/development aspirations and the capacity and capability required to achieve its aspirations.
Transformation Vision
Purpose: Define the overall transformation that the entity aspires for

Enterprise Growth/Development
Purpose: Build shared clarity across the team, function and/or entity on their growth/development aspirations and strategies to achieve those aspirations.
Outcomes: Co-created Vision of Transformation for the Enterprise, Organization and Culture dimensions of the entity

Enterprise Capacity Readiness
Purpose: Define the entity / function / team capacities (e.g. structure, capabilities, systems, infrastructure, technology, etc.) required to effectively execute the vision and strategy.
Outcomes:
- Best-fit organization structure
- Entity’s GTM strategy defined / reviewed
- Defined competency framework, assessment of capability gaps and how to build them
Value Delivered: Entity readiness and confidence to execute the strategy to achieve growth/development.

Organization Dynamic
Focuses on building the discipline of planning, reviewing and renewing an entity’s existing capacities to become more agile and sustainable. It also focuses on establishing governance mechanisms for adequate internal controls.
Embedded Planning & Execution
Purpose: Build a discipline of planning, monitoring, reporting and reviews to ensure delivery of the entity’s projects and plans.
Outcomes:
- Framework for planning, execution, monitoring, reporting and reviews
- Defined processes to seamlessly execute projects and plans at increasing scale

Agile Organization
Purpose: Reform/renew an entity’s existing capacities (e.g. structure, capabilities, systems, infrastructure, technology, etc.) for adaptability and agility.

- Analysis of the entity’s existing capacities (e.g. structure, capabilities, systems, infrastructure, technology, etc.) for adaptability and agility

Systemic Governance
Purpose: Establish governance systems, protocols and charter of authorities to ensure adequate internal controls and statutory compliances.

- Roadmap to implement and continuously improve the governance framework and related mechanisms

Culture Dynamic
Focuses on consciously defining and embedding a culture that enables the entity to achieve its aspirations.

Purpose: Embed a culture that is based on core values, aligned with the Mission, Vision and Strategy at a team, function and/or entity level.
